Hey there Dave,

Cheers for replying, I can get into Windows merely your method doesn't work. When I concord shift while clicking the restart button through the "First" tab it only but restarts. If you meant the restart button on my device... Well I have an MSI GT80 Titan laptop. There is no transmission restart push other than the ability button

Hi Frozen Blazer if pressing the Shift key does not piece of work, y'all besides have the second option I posted to a higher place

or

Go to the Settings App (gear icon on your Starting time Menu)

So go to Update and Security - Recovery - Reset this PC and click 'Get Started'
