The new Yelp Guest Manager features the following Yelp for Restaurants software solutions:
- Reservations & Waitlist: Enables restaurants to easily integrate digital reservations and waitlists into their Yelp page and websites, providing diners the opportunity to join the waitlist from home (or elsewhere), with accurate seat times and live status updates that helps reduce no-shows and line-abandonment for restaurants.

- Table management and POS features: Gives hosts and servers what they need for smooth front-of-house operations including custom floor maps and sections, as well as integrations with POS and other systems.

- Takeout: Lets restaurants add takeout orders, track them, and notify guests via text message when their food is ready for pick up.

- Kiosk: Helps teams focus on hospitality by allowing diners to check themselves into a digital waitlist upon arrival, and receive automated wait times and text notifications with their table status. Available as an add-on to Yelp Guest Manager.

No Wait is a tremendous asset to our business. Can't imagine going back to the old days of pencil and paper. Has allowed us to offer reservations, which has been a big hit with customers.

Yelp Grab for Money

Have been a faithful customer for almost 5 years. $50-60/month. Had some glitch issues and downtime but overall, it worked well enough for our pub for the price. When Yelp bought them, I knew we were in for it. This week, they revealed to all of us that it would now be $300 a month to justify the new features and stability. When I called to talk, I was patronized and brushed off. They told me I would lose customers; that Yelp/NoWait was the reason I had customers. I canceled. You aren't going to squeeze this much money out of small businesses. Enjoy your app, but I hope a lot of accounts cancel because this price hike is outrageous. Shame on the bully that is Yelp.

New update is visually awful

The latest update has made this app incredibly hard to look at. The colored lines for sections are too thin and not distinct enough. The open table/seated table scheme swapped so it's the opposite of what we've gotten used to for the last nearly 5 years. I like the functionality of the app but this latest update just makes me hate it. It is bad on your eyes. Dark mode isn't any better. Please go back to the way it was before. Or give the user the option to choose.
